Q: Will players see drivers' hands on the wheel?
A: Yes, this will be an option that can be also turned off.
Q: What types of views will be in the game? Will there be a free view chosen by a player?
A: In general the view control will be the same as in our previous truck game. Some additions were made to it. Several viewpoints will be added so the palyers will be able to view their trucks from a more picturesque angle. A full interior view is also planned.
Q: Will there be regular vehicle failures, not just traffic accidents in the game?
A: Yes, they will be present in the game.
Q: Will there be roads where the traffic is prohibited (for example, some city roads)?
A: All major highways between cities will be modelled. Players will be able to drive through cities as well, but there will be some limits depending on a city or town.
Q: Will there be pedestrians in the game?
A: Yes, there will be pedestrians in the game.
Q: How realistic will the traffic rules be in the game?
A: The main traffic rules will be implemented, both for the player and for AI truckers. By the way, they are Californian traffic rules and laws, somewhat different from the European.
Q: How real the behavior and life of the AI rivals will be?
A: The AI drivers will be subject to the same laws of the game world as players (traffic laws, police, vehicles' damage, trucks' maintenance, refueling, cargo loading, participating in races etc.)
Q: Will there be real traffic in the game depending on what time of day it is or how close to a city you are, etc?
A: Yes we are trying to take all that into account, but within the limitations of hardware capabilities, of course.
Q: Will the gamer be able to manage the hired drivers, change places with them?
A: A player won't be able to teleport into any of his vehicles as it was in the previous game. But he could drive out of his office garage in any of the company vehicles currently parked there, give a hired driver an order to take a car into the garage, take a new vehicle from a car dealer, take a car to the service station, take part in the races, etc.
Q: Will there be an interactive log-book to write down results of the gamer "work"? Will the player be enabled to make arbitrary notes in it?
A: We plan something of the sort.
