Site update

New development update has been added to the site.

The "Game" pages are updated to represent recent changes in the game world:
• The list of vehicles updated: the "combat vehicle" of the American police – Ford P71 Interceptor and pickup Chevrolet Silverado
• New cities on the virtual California map, new districts of San-Francisco and Reno.
